More than 25 years forming professionals, developing innovative techniques and establishing quality in the diagnosis and remediation sector which have made it a benchmark for clients, competitors and environmental organizations.

These 25 years have also broadened our vision. We are not concerned only with environmental liabilities but also assets. The world is now pursuing efficiency in the use of resources, our water, our air, our energy matrix and our biological riches. The ECOGEO GROUP is at the center of this integrated vision of hydro, energy, emission and biodiversity sustainability in 2005. THE ECOGEO GROUP´s flagship company remains GEOKLOCK, a strong company that incorporates projects for the reduction of carbon emissions.

THE ECOGEO GROUP has wide-ranging new visions. The first resulted in the creation of BIOSOL, a company specializing in assembling operating remediation systems. This filled the gap and ensured that we had complete independence in terms of our products. While GEOKLOCK realizes audits, diagnosis and remediation projects with the highest competence and quality, BIOSOL complements these activities, assembling plants and operating systems.

And BIOSOL goes further. Its modern structure and specialized team gives support to the ECOGEO GROUP. BIOLATINA, a joint-venture with the Swiss company MECAN, focuses on Brazil´s energy potential and brings together the assembling and operation of systems with the know-how of a specialist company in modular plants and bio fuels.

Since 2007 BACHEMA becomes part of the ECOGEO GROUP. It is a leading company in water and soil laboratory analyses covering a wide range of environmentally important elements.

THE ECOGEO GROUP ended 2005 with an extremely positive financial result, presenting US$ 27 million in sales. We are celebrating. Not just the excellent results of the year, but especially the firm prospects for the ECOGEO GROUP to invest and grow in 2008.

This is the achievement of an old dream, built over 25 years: to offer in the most integrated manner possible solutions that can ensure the reduction of our environmental liabilities, the conservation of our biodiversity and a sustainable growth for our country in coming years. We like to look ahead.
